The Forest at Belvedere Phase 6, also known as The Gardens of Belvedere is located in the Belvedere Plantation subdivision. The homes are located on Azalea Drive, Mulberry Circle & Tanager Way.  They are are site built single family homes with their own lot.  The grounds, including  most of the individual lots are maintained by the HOA.  Many of the homes on Azalea Drive back up to the Belvedere Country Club golf course.  The 12th and 13th holes run parallel to these homes.  The HOA also maintains several infiltration basins, street lighting and ground treatment.
